Mainland UK:
• Next-Day Delivery for eligible orders placed before the cut-off time
• Standard Delivery: Arrives within 2–4 working days
Outside Mainland UK (e.g., Highlands, Islands, NI):
• Only Standard Delivery available: 2–4 working days
• A £10 shipping surcharge applies
Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
Returns will not be accepted or refunded under the following conditions:
• Returned after 20 days from delivery
• Item is used, damaged, or not in original packaging
• Item returned without prior authorisation from our team

If your product arrives:
• Damaged
• Defective, or
• Not as ordered

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
